I was the principal organizer of the First International Postgraduate Course on Functional Discourse Grammar (IPC-FDG-2010), held on 31 May and 1 June 2010 in the Centro Científico e Cultural de Macau in Lisbon, Portugal.

In early October 2010, I will be a Guest Professor at the University of Kosice, Slovakia.

From 29 November to 17 December 2010, I will be a Guest Professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) in São José do Rio Preto (SP, Brazil).
