Assessment

I am available and qualified to play a role in the assessment of applications for research grants or for international cooperation in education. I am also interested in taking part in quality assessment exercises designed to test the effectiveness of teaching and the productivity of research in institutions of higher learning. I am in a position to offer up-to-date and neutral judgments.
