Advice

I am available and qualified to advise on a number of issues that are currently of concern in the universities of Europe, especially as regards English studies, such as: (a) the implementation of the Bologna agreement, leading to international comparability of degree outcomes and easier mobility of students with the introductions of a European credit transfer system; (b) the methodological soundness and visibility of the research being carried out across the continent, and especially researchers' ability to communicate effectively about their findings; (c) the adaptation of current curricula to the changing role of English in Europe, as it develops from Second Language to Lingua Franca.
